Being a harsh chemical, it should only be used once to remove the mold, and then the preventer should be applied to prevent the mold from coming back. Liberally apply the Mold & Mildew Stain Remover to the seats. Let it sit for 60-90 seconds but do not let it dry. An additional solution may need to be applied— keep it wet. Agitate in a circular motion with a brush to remove the mold from the pores. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
