DNA Auto Return & Refund Policy

At DNA Auto, we supply a wide range of automotive, marine, RV, and powersports parts and accessories sourced from trusted distributors and manufacturers. Because many of these products are vehicle-specific and installation-sensitive, please review our return policy carefully.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
• Include all original packaging, hardware, manuals, and accessories
• Be returned in resellable condition

Items that show signs of installation, use, or damage may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Electrical components once opened
• Installed parts
• Custom or special-order items
• Clearance or final sale products
• Items returned without original packaging
• Fluids, chemicals, or hazardous materials
• Certain marine and powersports electronics once opened

Vehicle & Equipment Fitment

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchasing.

DNA Auto is not responsible for incorrect purchases due to unverified compatibility.

Installation Responsibility

Many automotive, RV, and marine parts require professional installation.

DNA Auto is not responsible for damage, injury, or warranty issues resulting from improper installation.

Installation costs and labor charges are not reimbursable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to:

• Defective merchandise
• Incorrect item shipped
• Shipping damage

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Restocking Fees

Some manufacturers require restocking fees of up to 20%. These fees may apply depending on the product category and supplier return policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Photos of the item
• Photos of packaging
• Order number

We will arrange replacement or resolution.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing typically takes 3-7 business days

Return Authorization Required

All returns must receive a Return Authorization (RMA) before shipping.
