Window Visors & Rain Guards

Window visors (also called rain guards or vent deflectors) let you crack the windows in rain or snow without water getting in, and cut wind noise at highway speed. Every set we carry is made for a specific year, make, model and cab or door count.

In-channel or tape-on?

In-channel visors slide into the window track for a flush, factory look and don't rely on adhesive. Tape-on (outside-mount) visors stick to the door frame above the window — easier to install and they don't touch the window seal. In cold climates like Minnesota, install tape-on visors above about 60°F so the adhesive bonds, and let in-channel visors settle a few days with the windows closed.

How to get the right fit

Match year, make, model and body — crew cab vs. double cab, 2-door vs. 4-door. Front-only and 4-piece sets are both common; the listing says which.

Common questions

Do in-channel visors damage the window motor?

Installed correctly, no. The window may need a few up-and-down cycles to reset its auto-up feature after install.

Can I use an automatic car wash?

Yes, once tape-on visors have fully cured (usually 72 hours).
