Leveling, lift or lowering?
Leveling kits raise the front about 1–2.5" to remove the factory rake and fit slightly bigger tires. Lift kits raise the whole truck — spacer lifts are simple, full suspension lifts replace more parts for bigger tires and off-road travel. Rear shackle or block kits raise or lower just the rear. Lowering kits drop the truck for a street look.
How to get the right fit
Match year, make, model, 2WD or 4WD, cab and engine — and the factory suspension package (for example off-road or towing packages), which often changes the part.

Common questions
Do I need an alignment after installing?
Yes. Any change in ride height changes the alignment, so plan an alignment right after the install.
Will bigger tires affect my speedometer?
Larger tires make the speedometer read low. Many trucks can be recalibrated with a programmer or at the dealer.
